Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a golden-yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. The fairly intense aroma exudes aromas of dried fruits, dried herbs, honey and ripe yellow fruits. This combination is nicely complemented with notes of maturing in oak barrels. On the palate, the residual sugar is accompanied by mature acidity. Notes of dried fruits, spices, quince and honey appear, as well as notes of citrus fruits. The aftertaste is medium-long, with the notes from the taste being continued and finished with a slight bitterness.
Kleur: A golden-yellow colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: An intense aroma of dried fruits, dried spices, notes of maturing oak barrels, honey and ripe yellow fruits.
Geur: Flavours revealing a few grams of residual sugar, mature acidity, dried fruits, spices, quince and honey. It is slightly bitter.
